Southwest Division Winners
The MTNA Performance Competition takes place every fall at the state level and is highly competitive. Each competitor plays a program of approximately 30 minutes. One winner and one alternate are chosen from each age division (Junior, Senior, Young Artist). The winners then move on to compete at the next level, in the Southwest Division which includes Utah, Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, California, and Hawaii. One winner and one alternate are chosen from this division competition. Division winners are then sent on to the national competition which takes place in March at the MTNA conference.
