Friday Evening, AWARDS BANQUET & CONCERT
Italian Dinner Buffet - Served with Garlic Bread Knots, Ceasar and Caprese Salads, Sauteed Squash, Tomatoes, and Sweet Onions with Fresh Basil.
Chicken Roma with Spinach, Prosciutto, Mozzarella Cheese, Sun Dried Tomatoes with a Pesto Cream Sauce.
Penna Pasta** with Marinara and Alfredo Sauces. (**gluten free pasta will also be provided)
Dessert: White Chocolate Mousse Cake with Dark Chocolate Ganache.
