Why is articulation so crucial to understanding the style of this repertoire? How do we find an appropriate range for tempos for pieces written before the metronome was invented? And finally, how can reimagination on our part bring this repertoire to life?

Angela will bring in one of her own students to demonstrate these tried and true techniques, live! There will also be a discussion on mentoring and teaching your older students “how to teach a first piano lesson”.
