Emily Ezola: Creating Motivation in Yourself and Your Students Motivation is defined as "the reason one has for acting or behaving in a particular way’. By analyzing the reasons behind our actions, practical (and often very simple) tweaks to our daily routines can be made so that the motivation to reach any goal is generated in an organic, effortless, and sustainable way. Through our own process of motivational self-discovery, we can begin to create motivation within our students as well.

What is the secret to creativity? Did you know there is a formula, and that it works beautifully with all ages and levels of students. Ken will teach us a curriculum that will generate wonderful results. He will demonstrate methods and exercises for all ages and levels of students. Adding these skills to your own curriculum will help motivate difficult students; add a deeper understanding of traditional music, and will make playing and practicing more enjoyable.
