UMTA State Board Meeting

Upcoming state board meeting scheduled for January 20, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. on Zoom.
All committee members and chapter presidents are invited to attend.
Committee chairs, plan to meet with your committees prior to the board meeting and prepare reports.

Zoom link and meeting agenda will be emailed out prior to the meeting.

MTNA Instrumental and Piano Performance Competitions

The MTNA/UMTA competitions for 2023 are completed. Winners for the Composition Competition, the Instrumental Performance Competition, and the Piano Performance Competition are posted on the MTNA Competitions page.

Many thanks to Cassie Mayfield (2nd VP/Competitions Chair), Moragh Morrison (MTNA Composition Chair), Andrea Bailey, NCTM (Instrumental Performance Competition Chair), and Jihea Hong-Park and Esther Ahn (Piano Performance Competition Chairs) for their numerous hours of service in making these events happen. Also, thanks to all participants and their teachers for sharing their time and talents, and to Daynes Music for hosting the performance events.
